Leadership Team
Akdeniz Chemson is led by an experienced management team that combines deep technical knowledge of the chemicals industry with the corporate governance discipline of OYAK Group. Under this leadership, the company has grown from a regional producer into the global market leader in its category, while maintaining the operational rigor of a fully vertically integrated manufacturer.

We believe environmental claims only mean something when they're independently verified. Across our production sites in Türkiye, Austria, the USA, Brazil, China and Australia, our performance is assessed by EcoVadis, the world's leading business sustainability rating provider, and governed under ISO 14001. As a fully vertically integrated manufacturer, we also manage resource efficiency across the entire production chain, not just at the point of final output.

Transparency is one of our core values: we share our sustainability performance openly and in measurable terms, not only when the results are convenient. Our annual Sustainability Report sets out our environmental, social and governance performance in full such as our carbon roadmap, certifications, and progress on people and community. Our 2023 report has been awarded the Silver Award at the ARC Awards International, the highest distinction given in its category that year.
